La magie de l’attitude, c’est qu’il est possible de la choisir. Il faut un mois pour changer une facette de notre attitude. Mais quand vous avez mis le temps et l’énergie pendant un mois pour changer la facette, celle-ci va devenir habituelle et se faire plus facilement.
