Changer
C’est une erreur de croire que l’on peut changer quelqu’un.
Chaque personne est responsable de ses choix.
Oui, il est possible d’essayer de convaincre une autre personne de faire un changement, mais à la fin c’est une responsabilité qui revient à cette personne seulement.
On surestime le pouvoir de l’influence. Tous les beaux mots ne sont que ça, de beaux mots. À la fin, c’est la personne elle-même qui décide de suivre ou pas ce qu’on lui demande. Répondre à une demande est un choix.
Le soldat qui appui sur la détente pour tirer sur quelqu’un, même s’il le fait suite à un ordre, il est responsable de l’avoir fait.
La responsabilité ne peut pas être rejetée sur une autre personne. Nous devons prendre la responsabilité de nos actions ou inactions en relation avec ce que don nous sommes conscients.
